About Neil

Neil Gurton is a born and raised Victorian whose roots stretch deep into the Saanich Peninsula. If you think you recognize the name, its probably from his grandfather's and father's garage that has been on the corner of McTavish and East Saanich since the 1930s! You don't stay in business that long without knowing how to treat the customer! Neil was also at the core of Whistler Mountain's staff training and guest services surge that won the first of 11 consecutive Best Ski Resort in North America Awards. It is that commitment to customer service and high ethical standards that brought Neil into the Cornerstone team. Both a desire to do real estate a little differently and an attitude of putting the client first make Neil a terrific real estate agent.Furthermore Neil's technical and design expertise are undeniable. Neil adds advanced web design training, landscape design, plus restoring cars and building houses to his resume. Not one to leave his creative side unattended Neil can be found taking breathtaking photos while pursuing his other passion, photography. He has also dabbled in metal sculpture, performed Improv on stage and has recently discovered he likes to paint.

I pride myself in an honest upfront approach. I got into Real Estate because I wanted to be the kind of REALTOR that I wanted to deal with.I don't focus on the product, but rather the person. My clients soon discover that I'm looking out for them when I begin pointing out deficiencies in a house.
